I am nibarna kannathasan, a BACP accredited psychotherapist. I created nevana wellbeing as a platform where psychotherapy meets culture.

its purpose is to share mental wellbeing knowledge in a way that is relatable, understandable and most importantly judgement free.

one to one counselling

This is a space for you to explore your mental wellbeing in a safe and non- judgemental environment. everyone is welcome whether you have a diagnosis or not.

wellbeing workshops

if you enjoy working in groups and prefer a psycho educational approach then these workshops are for you. they are designed for you to learn more about yourself within a BAME (Black and asian Minority ethnic) context.
